The Crown range of stockpots feature a double-layer interior construction that creates a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the stockpot. The bottom of the pot is hemispherical for better heat circulation. Stainless steel tube tripod mounting frame supports stock pot and tilt console, concealing steam pipes. Each leg comes with a 4-hole adjustable flange foot for fixing to the floor. The tilt setting allows the kettle to tilt forward 90° for complete emptying. The tilt setting locks itself.
