The Crown range of stockpots feature a double-layer interior construction that creates a steam jacket around the lower 2/3 of the stockpot. The bottom of the pot is hemispherical for better heat circulation. Stainless steel tube four-leg mounting frame supports the stock pot and tilt console, hiding the steam pipes. Each leg comes with a 4-hole adjustable flange foot for fixing to the floor. The tilt setting allows the kettle to tilt forward 90° for complete emptying. The tilt setting locks itself.
