Made in Italy, with a welded, rounded stainless steel automatic structure. Features a rod-type carriage motion system. The carriage motion motor is air-cooled and uses commercial-grade oil bath reduction gears. Blade and carriage movements are driven by independent control systems. An easy-to-operate switch arm allows for switching the equipment from automatic to manual mode. Two control systems are available. An optional counter can be ordered, allowing setting the number of slices per automatic operation.
